Variment Website Design

Variment Website Mockup Transparent.png

Variment offers AI-based, real-world work simulations tailored for nursing students and staff.

These simulations prepare nurses for real-life scenarios they may encounter on the job, giving them a safe space to practice and learn.

Being a unique offering in the market, Variment needed a website that effectively communicates the benefits of their solution in an engaging and easy-to-understand way.

Surveys, User Testing.

Since Variment had no direct competitors, there was no established market reference.

This posed a unique challenge: How do we present an entirely new concept to potential users in a way that is both engaging and understandable?

Our approach had to be simple yet impactful, focusing on the user experience and making the complex seem effortless.

The Challenge

Content Creation and User Testing

We started with creating clear and engaging content that explains Variment’s AI simulations.

To ensure our message resonated, we tested it with potential users through interviews and surveys, refining the content based on their feedback.

Designing Engaging Mockups

I developed two distinct mockups in Figma, each with unique images and layouts.

Using A/B testing, I collected feedback through face-to-face interviews with career counselors and surveys from other end users.

Merging the Best Ideas

Feedback revealed a clear preference:

Users favored the content from Design A but preferred the visuals of Design B.

Combining the strengths of both designs, I created a final version and conducted a second round of testing to ensure user satisfaction.

Building the Website

We chose Wix for development, ensuring a seamless translation of the design.

I collaborated with the developer to integrate the simulations, maintaining design integrity and usability.

Final Testing and Launch

After one last round of user testing, the response was overwhelmingly positive.

Confident in the website’s impact, we launched it, making Variment’s solution accessible and engaging.

The website is now live and it effectively communicates Variment’s innovative AI based solutions.

The final design is clean, visually engaging, and easy to navigate.

Our efforts paid off when user feedback came in overwhelmingly positive—nursing professionals loved the simplicity and clarity of the site.

Working on this project taught me the power of listening to users and adapting.

Designing for a completely new product is never easy, but by merging creativity with user insights, we successfully made something complex feel accessible and engaging.
